I served as a national sales and customer service director for a major New York-based, internationally renowned newspaper for more than 20 years. In that role, I successfully identified and negotiated site locations for the corporation in addition to expanding the company's customer base through excellence in sales and customer relationship management. This background has served me well in real estate. I am an effective negotiator and maintain a pulse on the rapidly evolving real estate marketing environment. Identifying trends and adopting the most productive for my clients, be they buyers, sellers, investors or future prospects is essential. I graduated from Rutgers University in 1975 and spent several summers working in real estate back then. I went on to earn an MBA in international management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). People may be surprised to learn that I am trilingual, fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, having lived in England, Argentina, Mexico and Brazil in addition to New York, New Jersey, Arizona, and Savannah. My wife, Mary-Anne, and I currently live on Skidaway Island, just minutes from historic downtown Savannah. She is a former fashion and corporate communications editor and she has quite a Savannah legacy as her family has lived here for generations. I am an avid fisherman, swimmer, and outdoorsman. Introducing newcomers to the best that Savannah has to offer includes a tour of the best restaurants, cultural events, historic sites, and fun-filled waterfront pastimes such as beachcombing, boating, and basking in the sun! Our friends from up North, out West, and overseas love to visit us in Savannah, and best of all, our children and grandchildren all vacation here too.
