Laura M. Reid

Laura is a native of Vidalia, Georgia, "home of the sweet onion." Upon graduating from the University of Georgia, she worked with Coca-Cola, USA in Atlanta in marketing and sales. In 1984 and after two decades in Atlanta, she decided to relocate to Savannah for the coastal lifestyle. Once settled, Laura purchased The Little House, a quaint gift shop in the Historic District. Several years later, Laura retired from Coca-Cola and gravitated towards the real estate industry. She obtained her real estate license in January 2001 and excelled as a Realtor®. She enjoyed the business so much that Laura took the next step and earned her Associate Broker's license a couple of years later. Laura loves her community and has served on over thirty community boards as a member and officer, including several of Savannah's beautiful historical museum houses. She is a graduate of Leadership Savannah and Leadership Georgia and is passionate about participating in her parish, St. John's Church. Laura feels strongly that, "Service is the gift I give the Lord for blessing me with this beautiful life." Laura is a professional and is committed to offering her clients exceptional service, helping them obtain their goals. She has decades of experience with all types of buyers, sellers, and investors, and is well versed in showing various residential, waterfront, vacant land, and commercial properties. Laura's personal goal in each transaction is to act as a calming and helpful guide, relieving considerable pressure as she shepherds and coaches her clients through the purchasing and selling process. She wants her clients to have all of the information pertinent to proceed with their transaction with confidence, and Laura strives to help each client feel perfectly comfortable that the transaction is the "right choice" for them.
