Matthew was instrumental in not only the purchase of our new home in I’on but also navigating the complexities of a relocation from the Northeast to Charleston. With our very limited knowledge of the area, we were the worst of clients because we not only did not know what we wanted. Our initial must-have list and neighborhood requirements were 180 degrees from what we actually needed but instead of telling us that he knew better than us (which wouldn’t have worked) he took the time to show us what we didn’t want and helped get us to what worked for us without us ever feeling like he was pushing us.
