His dedication and talent quickly propelled him through the ranks, and by the age of 25, he was a General Manager. By 30, he was the Operations Director, overseeing seven different restaurants. In his 20s, he took a three-year break to work with his father, building custom log homes from the ground up, adding to his plethora of industry knowledge. Each experience further honed his ability to connect with others and his ability to handle stressful situations gracefully. With a skillset like that, real estate was a natural fit.

Mark does not just live in Bluffton; he profoundly loves the community. As a devoted lover of food, he relishes exploring local restaurants and forming friendships with the staff. His active participation in the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce and the Hilton Head Island Bluffton Chamber of Commerce shows his commitment to the community.

In his free time, Mark enjoys the Lowcountry's outdoor pursuits like boating, sailing, and beaching. He also spends quality time with his family (including two adored nieces), woodworking, and gardening. He loves supporting the May River Theater, attending three to four shows yearly.
