Kristie Bender is a licensed real estate professional specializing in the luxury residential market in Bluffton, Hilton Head Island and surrounding areas. Kristie possesses a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, negotiation, business development and consulting. Prior to real estate, Kristie enjoyed a career for over 30 years in financial services. She was one of the founding board members of the nation’s largest trade association in debt settlement, and was instrumental in drafting favorable state and federal legislation and industries best business practices and standards. She is also the founder and CEO of Luxury Senior Services which specializes in senior move management. Growing up in the Lowcountry, enjoying all its Southern charm and beauty, she appreciates what the lifestyle has to offer for both buyers and sellers in the area. She has a keen appreciation for understanding and serving the personal needs and objectives of her clients, whether they are looking for their first home, their forever home or selling their beloved home of many years; Kristie recognizes and responds to her client’s individual needs. Kristie resides in the Hilton Head area with her husband, Jeffrey. They have six grown sons living throughout the country. She is a board member of the American Fair Credit Council, a NINJA graduate, a founding member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and a Certified Ambassador for Bluffton & Hilton Head Island. When not working on real estate, Kristie enjoys horseback riding, cycling, travel and culinary experiences.
