Upon graduating from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Biology and a minor in Religious Theology, Nick entered the competitive field of medical device sales, excelling in the fast-paced and technical environment. As his career developed, he helped multiple companies grow from $0 in annual sales to multi-million dollar annual revenues. His latest position outside of real estate included government contracting with first-year annual sales totaling over $600 million, furthering his high-dollar contract negotiation and management expertise.
Nick earned his real estate license in 2019, intent on partnering with a like-minded brokerage. Having traveled extensively forging worldwide relationships, he dreamed of being a Sotheby's International Realty agent.
