Michelle is an amazing realtor! She was very patient, very knowledgeable, and accommodating. We were in a different state at the beginning of our search and she went above and beyond looking at properties the same day we found them. She also really understands the Charleston area and has great relationships with the builders and their representatives. When a lot came on the market she helped us snag it before anyone else could. We loved working with her and will definitely use her on our next home purchase. I would highly recommend her!

We had been trying to find a house in the Charleston area for over a year before engaging with Michelle as our realtor. We were searching from two states over and we were really struggling. She made the process completely stress free and easy for us. We did zoom meetings and FaceTime remotely to find the house for us. The whole time she was on the ball and making sure the build process and inspections happened on time and things were getting fixed. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

It was refreshing to have an agent provide you options - with the pros and cons of each - and allow you to make the choice on what makes most sense Moreover, she always had our best interest in mind - even asking the seller to fix small things that we did not even think to ask. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone and are confident she will do a fantastic job for you as she to for us!

We were looking for a second home in Charleston for a few months. Luckily we found Michelle , she helped us set up everything from online tour to the actual closing! She did our final walk through, and was always on top of everything that it took to make us feel comfortable about buying a house out of town including helping us pair up with mortgage, homeowners and inspection companies! She is reliable, communicative and very knowledgeable about the area and really listens to the client questions and concerns!

Michelle is amazing She was incredible to work with. Explained every part of the house buying process and stood in for us before we arrived in SC. She went above and beyond what was expected. Even after the sale was done she followed up with us and helped resolve some last issues. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Would highly recommend her to help you find your dream house.
