Mark was absolutely amazing as our Realtor. We hired him to sell our 85-year old parents' townhome in Mt Pleasant and he surpassed all our expectations in customer service, knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm. However, he was most amazing with his communication. He not only had to interact daily with my older, not so technologically savvy parents, but he also kept two different sons in Florida and upstate South Carolina updated on daily activities, decisions and coordination between my parents and the showings. His advertising, flyers, and email blasts to fellow Realtors were ideal in every way and played a huge part in the quick and profitable sale of the townhome.
