Katie Coleman

A true local with family roots dating back to the 1680’s, Katie grew up in historic Downtown Charleston. Earning her J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, she developed her reputation in the legal community practicing law for more than a decade, with a focus on family law and victims’ rights. Katie sharpened her skill set by guiding clients through complex legal issues involving real estate and financial assets. A successful grant writer, Katie was the lead grant writer for a statewide victims’ rights nonprofit, securing millions of dollars in funding for the creation of new and innovative programs for victims and survivors of crime. Katie’s high level of accessibility, persistence, and dedication to her clients’ needs result in strong relationships and successful outcomes.

Katie attended Wofford College (Spartanburg, SC), on a Division I tennis scholarship and earned a B.A. in Art History. Katie’s love of tennis and golf keeps her engaged with Charleston’s community and its beautiful surroundings. She pairs her passion for service and knowledge of the Lowcountry lifestyle to guide clients through their exploration of Charleston’s dynamic real estate opportunities.
