With over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Bhavna attributes her long-term success to putting her clients' needs first.

Known for artfully presenting her listings, Bhavna earned her Bachelor of Arts in advertising and public relations, with a minor in marketing, from the University of South Carolina. This background gave her an edge while establishing a solid foothold in the luxury residential real estate market. Bhavna brings a rare combination of genuine warmth and polished professionalism, having also excelled in corporate relocations.

Bhavna enjoys volunteering, playing tennis, horseback riding, and golf in her spare time. Currently, she serves her community as chair of both the Red Cross Midlands and USC Colon Cancer Prevention boards. She also participates as an active member of the USC Dean's Medical School Advisory, South Carolina Arts Commission, Free Medical Clinic, and One SC Disaster Fund boards.

She and her husband, Raj, a physician, have two adult children, Armaan and Ishaan, both graduates of USC, Charleston School of Law, and Heathwood Hall Episcopal School.
