Realtor® Bill Anderson of Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty ended 2023 with Beaufort County’s highest residential sale of the year. 34 Surf Scoter Road, which closed on April 26, sold at $9,600,000, a transaction $3,000,000 above the next highest residential sale.
Perched oceanfront in the prestigious Sea Pines community, the record-setting property underscores the growing demand for high-end homes in this coveted area. With breathtaking ocean views and expansive living spaces, the estate features five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen perfect for entertaining.
The price point isn’t the only noteworthy aspect of the transaction. Anderson put the property under contract in just one day, a feat he credits to his close network on Hilton Head Island cultivated over the last twenty years.
“Properties of this caliber naturally have a smaller buyer pool and through great working relationships with top Realtors® in the community I continue to have success putting deals together,” Anderson remarks, noting the buyer’s agent for the property was Lori Lewis with Sea Pines Real Estate.
