Savannah Office Grand Opening

Luxury real estate brokerage Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty celebrated the grand opening of its new Savannah office on Wednesday, September 21, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and gathering.

The new office at 300 Bull Street Suite 101 was thoughtfully renovated for eight months by Feehley Nyberg Construction and designed by Maureen Pacifici Smith. With over 5,000 square feet, it will offer agents an elegant space to meet with clients and colleagues in the heart of downtown Savannah. The grand opening celebration took place as Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty hosts a number of elite agents from Sotheby’s International Realty® affiliates for a four-day Ninja Selling Installation.

The installation is part of a broader mission to deepen ties in the Savannah community and increase the location’s awareness within the powerful Sotheby’s International Realty network. Attendees were treated to an exclusive itinerary of events, including a private tour of the Mercer Williams House and Gardens.

“It was an absolute privilege to showcase Savannah’s exceptional local businesses, restaurants, and history to our guests from Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates this week,” said brokerage owner Daniel Ravenel.

“To have the week culminate in our grand opening celebration is indicative of how this space will function in the future. This is where our agents will introduce Savannah to the global marketplace.”

With over 1,000 offices in 81 countries and territories, the Sotheby’s International Realty network offers clients unparalleled exposure and relocation services.

Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty merged with the well-known Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty in November 2021. The merger united more than 110 elite real estate associates across Charleston, Savannah, Bluffton, and Hilton Head Island. The combined Lowcountry brokerage brought in a staggering $847.75 million in 2021 with their boutique personalized service and high-touch, white glove approach to real estate.

“We are excited about the new location and the fact that we are still in our neighborhood where Celia Dunn established a strong foothold in the luxury real estate market for over four decades, just across the square,” said Savannah Broker-in-Charge Kelli Weis.

“It’s a true representation of the caliber of service our agents provide. The location is deeply rooted in Savannah, just like our real estate experts, with the modern touches and leading technology we are known for.”

Top producers from the brokerage and leaders from the Sotheby’s International Realty brand were on hand to celebrate the opening. Senior Vice President of Global Servicing and Strategy, Tammy Fahmi commented, “It’s magnificent to watch Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty carry on Celia Dunn’s legacy of excellence in Savannah and represent the Sotheby’s International Realty brand in such an elevated way. We are proud to support them as they continue to strengthen their presence in the region and congratulate them on their office opening in one of Georgia’s most popular neighborhoods.”

The new office will serve as headquarters for nearly 50 talented agents and support staff. The increased square footage will allow for further engagement with the Savannah community, clients, and real estate colleagues in an unbeatable location. 300 Bull Street Suite 101 is anticipated to fully open for business in October 2022.
