2022: Year-End Review

Many in the real estate industry will remember 2022 as a rollercoaster year, as Federal interest rate increases attempted to curb inflation and effectively cooled a highly competitive seller’s market. While others saw their prospects shrink, Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty sought out and successfully closed opportunities for clients and agents throughout the year.

The firm invested in its markets, cutting ribbons on two new state-of-the-art offices in Hilton Head Island and Savannah to provide a true, luxury experience for clientele. The staff grew by 66% to give our agents unparalleled service, including custom marketing, state-of-the-art technology, and personalized coaching and professional development. To further prepare for new market conditions, Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty hosted an exclusive Ninja Installation for their agents and affiliates in feeder markets, strengthening relationships across the brand and empowering sales associates to thrive.

An unyielding commitment to quality, regardless of the circumstances – that is luxury, and the reason Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty clients consistently see results. Take a deeper dive below!
