Lisa Bell

Lisa has over a decade of experience as a Realtor® in the Lowcountry. "With a deep love of real estate and the knowledge and experience garnered in my professional life, I am committed to providing clients with an unsurpassed level of personal service and attention to detail." After graduating from the University of Richmond, she developed a career in marketing and advertising in South Carolina and Georgia over the next ten years. Her experience in the marketing field is invaluable for her clients, as she can position her listings to receive maximum exposure, recognition in the marketplace, and obtain a quick sale for the highest price possible. Lisa is a historic home enthusiast and has extensive experience in historic renovations, having restored numerous homes in Downtown Savannah to their former glory. Lisa spent most of her childhood moving across the East Coast. She fondly remembers her many journeys with her parents looking for their next homes, which has given her knowledge of the purchase process. Because of this, Lisa understands what it takes to pack up a family and move somewhere new. Despite all of her family's moves, she feels most at home in the South. Outside of work, she enjoys the many outdoor activities the Lowcountry offers and spending time with her husband and three children. In addition, Lisa is very active in her community. She is proud to be involved in various school endeavors and events to support local and national charities.
