Jack and John Huguley are the best realtors with whom we've had the pleasure of working. Over the years, we have placed a number of properties on the market, but we always had trouble finding realtors who valued them as if they were their own. Jack and John treated our home and the process of selling it personally, efficiently, and professionally. We sold a historic home in a rural area of South Carolina two and a half hours away from Jack's and John's office, and every single time we had a showing, they emailed or called us to let us know what to expect, drove up for each showing, and coached us through the process of giving showings and preparing for open houses. Early on in the process of listing, they presented us with sharp and effective comparables and developed a clear marketing profile for us to use as we presented the listing to prospective buyers. We have had realtors in the past who were passive; they would secure the listing, only to wait for a sale. However, John and Jack were active and caring. They realized that we were selling more than a house; they were selling our home, and they treated our home and us with respect and warmth, just as they treated the sale with patience and proactive efficiency. It was a privilege to call them our realtors, and it is a greater privilege still to now call them our friends. We warmly recommend them.Katherine H.
