Prior to joining Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty, Colton founded an event management company, which has strengthen his management and client service skills that translated well in his real estate career. He has also worked as a marketing consultant for a top producing Sotheby’s International Realty brokerage firm in North Carolina.
Colton is keenly aware of the influence and the marketing reach of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. He brings a marketing mindset to his property listings. Colton has crafted a 50 Point Listing and Servicing Plan that maximizes digital listing property impressions, leverages the Sotheby’s network, targets home buyers, and generates results. Benford’s home is in downtown Charleston, furthering his appreciation for the unique architecture and culture of Charleston. He is an avid outdoorsman, golfer, and enjoys SEC football on Saturdays in the fall!
