This year continues to see measured price growth in most low-mid market price ranges, with most sub-markets showing increases in average price per square foot. On the high end there have been a total of 45 sales over $3M this year alone, and well priced luxury properties are seeing strong activity across the board.
In agency news, our firm broke another MLS record this year with the highest price paid for a home in the area. 85 Blue Heron Pond on Kiawah sold off market for $15,000,000 earlier this summer. This marks the 4th of the last 5 years that Daniel Ravenel Sothebys can boast the highest price paid in MLS.
