Current Openings

Fast paced luxury real estate firm downtown offering paid post-graduate internship.

Seeking mature and motivated candidates with independent work ethics and excellent communication skills. Teamwork skills and positive attitude required. Ability to multi-task is crucial.
Offering experience and training in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, Office Administration, and Communications.
Flexible work hours available for qualified candidates.
Opportunity for full time employment based on performance.

Various duties include but are not limited to :
-front desk/receptionist duties including answering multi-line phone system, greeting clients, maintaining a clean and neat work space
-office duties including filing, updating systems, scheduling and organizing meetings, ordering supplies
-light IT support to include assisting agents and staff with email systems and MLS, troubleshooting copiers, fax machines, wireless modems, etc.
-marketing: assist in updating content on company website, ensuring accuracy in all online listings, assist in managing social media accounts
-real estate sales: duties include MLS updating, setting up showing appointments and agent previews, and low level transaction management duties
-property management: opportunities to shadow and assist the property management staff in various duties
-other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- Some experience in an office setting

Excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the Real Estate business in Charleston.
