About John:

A third generation Charleston native, John graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Hospitality Management. He spent 15 years in Hospitality Operations and Sales Management before becoming the Operations Manager for Mike Besta Renovation & Restoration where he specialized in the historic renovations of homes South of Broad Street. His fascination with restoring homes, balancing historical aspects with new modern convenience for today’s generation of owners, and strong relationship with clients led to his decision to become a REALTOR®. Now a South Carolina licensed residential builder, John’s proven knowledge is an invaluable asset to his clients.

At Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty, John makes up half of the Huguley Team led by his father Jack Huguley. Together, they have over 29 years of experience in real estate.
